Jake Sedlock is a Vice President at Penn Schoen Berland in Seattle. Jake has over 20 years of global, strategic account management experience and over a decade of work in the market research industry. He successfully builds close relationships with very large clients, including Microsoft, and his expertise spans both syndicated and custom marketing research solutions.

In addition to guiding and growing the overall client-vendor relationships, Jake has also managed both qualitative and quantitative projects for key products at Microsoft such as Windows Server, Microsoft Genuine Software, Windows Vista, Microsoft’s ultra-mobile PC, and other strategic projects, such as successfully positioning the Microsoft brand in emerging markets. Prior to his work in the market research industry, Jake worked extensively in the Asia/Pacific market, developing new business relationships and evaluating acquisitions for a large manufacturing firm, a role he held for ten years.

Jake is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Engineering School and has an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
