William Mann

William Mann is a Senior Vice President of Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates, Washington, DC. 

William Mann has extensive experience in corporate and political research, strategy, crisis management and marketing.  Like many of PSB’s executives, William Mann has a background working in political research where he developed an expertise in rapid-response and crisis communications.  He specializes in conducting opinion research and using its findings to help clients develop campaign communications strategies. 

William Mann has helped direct some of Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates’ most prominent corporate accounts.  His corporate work is primarily focused on three areas: competitive communications strategy, building corporate reputation, and crisis management.  Mr. Mann also conducts an extensive amount of political research and issue advocacy work for clients ranging from political campaigns to non-profit organizations.

William Mann graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University where he earned a B.A. and M.A. in American History
