Scott Siff

Scott Siff is the Executive Vice President of Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates, Washington, D.C. 

Scott Siff supervises some of the company's most important accounts.  On the political side, Mr. Siff has worked for campaigns and leaders around the world, including as a personal advisor for the successful political campaign to re-elect British Prime Minister Tony Blair to an historic third term in 2005. 

On the corporate side, Scott Siff’s extensive experience ranges from competitive positioning and corporate strategic planning and strategy development, to input on specific communications like ads, press releases, speeches, and events – for Fortune 100 clients in the U.S. and globally.  With his legal background and crisis management experience, Scott Siff also frequently does work for PSB clients facing high-stakes publicity, legal, or image issues. 

Before Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates, Scott Siff worked for the U.S. Department of Justice, first as a prosecutor and later as counsel in the Environment Division, where he handled a range of litigation and policy matters involving complex domestic and international issues.

Scott Siff received an A.B. from Harvard University, Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an Editor of the Harvard Law Review.
