Joel Levy

Joel Levy is the Senior Vice President and Director of Strategy and Research for Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates' London office.

Joel Levy brings to our team a wealth of experience and expertise in strategic communications, research, and message development.

He served the UK Labour Government's campaign teams in the two election victories of 2001 and 2005 and the US Presidential campaign team of 2000. He has developed research-based communication strategies for many leading companies.

Before joining PSB, Joel worked with Lord Philip Gould (Tony Blair's strategic communications advisor since 1994) for six years as Director of Research and Strategy in Philip Gould Associates.

Previously, Joel worked for over 10 years in board level strategic planning positions within leading London communications agencies D'Arcy (now a part of Leo Burnet), WCRS and Euro RSCG.

He has published and spoken on corporate and brand strategy, innovative research methods and citizen engagement.

Joel is a dual national British/Canadian graduate of the London School of Economics.
