Curtis Freet brings nearly 20 years of experience in technology marketing, marketing research, and product design to Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates.
Curtis Freet’s sixteen years at Microsoft includes experience in product support, OEM sales, marketing research, product marketing, product planning, and product design. He has experienced the research process both as a producer and as a consumer of research, so he not only understands how to design and deliver great research, but also how to apply it to the business that it serves.
Curtis Freet’s research expertise includes customer segmentation, concept development and concept testing, value proposition development and testing, product design and feature priority, competitive positioning, messaging, customer and product satisfaction, and tracking studies.
