Andrew Claster

Andrew Claster is Vice President at Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates, working on Senator Clinton’s presidential campaign.

Andrew specializes in messaging and communications strategies for political and corporate clients in the United States, Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

In November 2004, Andrew Claster worked as research and mapping coordinator for an independent GOTV campaign in Ohio. Andrew Claster has also conducted economic analysis on the minimum wage and corporate tax reform, and worked at the World Bank, conducting research on access to financial services in more than 100 developing and developed countries around the world.

Andrew Claster has a Master's degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Yale University. He studied European economic and political integration at the University of Barcelona, Spain.
