PSB Field Operations 
Our wholly-owned and operated field work unit includes complete fielding and processing capabilities. Our call centers have more than 200 phones with CATI process; they can handle interviews of every type, ranging from general population to multi-lingual elites.  Dedicated departments that handle scripting, programming, processing, and list acquisition support our field team.  PSB’s data is processed in-house using proprietary software systems that are specifically designed to turn around projects quickly and accurately.

Corporate Research Group 
Our Corporate Research Group (CRG) is the best in the business at reaching and interviewing the most elite audiences around the world, including C-Suite executives, doctors, lawyers, financial and industry analysts, government officials, the media and NGOs.  This specially trained group of highly intelligent and articulate interviewers goes through in-depth briefings before each project and can successfully reach nearly any difficult audience.

Internet Surveys Group 
ISG was an early pioneer in Internet research and has become a global leader in online survey programming, sampling, hosting, and reporting. Our in-house survey programmers, flash developers, web designers and sampling experts create customizable and interactive survey experiences quickly and efficiently. Our interviews are conducted on our state-of-the-art server farm, giving us the flexibility and scalability to conduct thousands of concurrent online interviews around the world 24/7. ISG is also an innovator in sampling methodologies, applying RDD techniques to online sampling and using our proprietary data quality protocols to ensure validity. ISG has conducted over three million online interviews on six continents and knows how to deliver representative sample and innovative analysis.

Qualitative 
Our qualitative operation fields a tremendous range of qualitative methodologies around the world.  From traditional focus groups to research enabled by streaming video, PSB is expert at matching the right qualitative methodology and the right moderator to every project.  We work with the client to ensure we provide the qualitative method that will provide insight – not groupthink.

Statistical Department 
PSB’s Advanced Marketing Sciences team is equipped with the resources and expertise needed to employ the most sophisticated research design and statistical analysis methods.  Data is just numbers – marketing sciences turns it into knowledge.  Our Vice President of Marketing Sciences thoroughly reviews proposals and questionnaires and suggests any advanced techniques that can be brought to bear to maximize our client’s information return.  This ensures that PSB can go from accurate and valid data, through relevant information, to valuable decision support knowledge with maximum effectiveness.  The unusually close integration of our advanced marketing sciences group with our accounts service teams delivers advantages to our clients that competitors can’t match.
