In addition to our research and consulting work for heads of state themselves, our practice includes a wide range of government and NGO engagements.  In that work, Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates brings the same cutting edge research methodologies that we bring to political and corporate projects – to create the same type of actionable results. 

Indeed, agencies and NGOs often have similar goals to our other clients when they engage us, namely moving people’s views or changing their behavior in certain targeted ways.  At the same time, these projects often require different types of creativity in how we tackle the work, given the diverse nature of the clients’ goals.
