In partnership with VeriTES, a PSB company, we maintain a geographically-dispersed data-gathering Field Force exceeding 50,000 researchers, mystery shoppers and compliance auditors in all 50 states and territories, and Canada as well.
                                        
Our Field Force deploys rapidly and efficiently to gather crucial real-time information which our retail and political clients use to calibrate and improve their marketing or messaging initiatives, and make strategic decisions with whatever their field.

Research field teams obtain and report information about the implementation of marketing strategies, operations and customer services. They also conduct exit polls and onsite intercepts, as well as gather petition signatures.

Our sophisticated fielding system allows us to immediately deploy the right-sized team of professionally-trained representatives to conduct mystery shops, onsite intercepts, petition signature gathering, in-field auditing of marketing and operations compliance.
